These terms cover your use of keepminute.com and your purchase of KeepMinute. KeepMinute is written and sold by James Doyle (the author). Contact: hello@keepminute.com.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about KeepMinute and to buy it. Content on the site belongs to the author. Please use the site lawfully and in a way that keeps it available for everyone.

Buying KeepMinute

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy takes payment, works out and collects any sales tax or VAT, issues your receipt and handles refunds, under its own terms of sale, which you accept at checkout. Prices on this site are shown in pounds sterling, with approximate dollar and euro amounts; the amount charged is the one shown at checkout.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy under its refund policy. Your statutory rights under UK and EU consumer law also apply, and nothing in these terms affects them. For help with a refund, email hello@keepminute.com or contact Lemon Squeezy through your receipt.

Your licence

Your use of the app is covered by the KeepMinute licence.

AI and other services

KeepMinute connects to services you choose, such as an AI provider, a calendar or Notion. Your use of each one is governed by that provider's own terms, and their charges are paid by you directly to them.

Liability

The author is responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of breaking these terms. Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and for anything else that the law does not allow to be limited is kept in full.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or the EU, you can also bring a claim in your local courts and keep the protection of your local consumer law.
