Give it a name such as KeepMinute and create it. Copy the key straight away, because xAI shows it only once. You will also need credit or billing set up on your xAI account, which xAI charges to you directly.

Using Google Calendar instead of Outlook

In step 7, click Sign in with Google instead and allow KeepMinute to read your calendar. Calendars are optional, and you can connect either one, both, or add them later in Settings.

Other AI providers

KeepMinute also works with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Deepgram, Whisper running on your own PC, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. For a custom endpoint, choose Other and enter the base URL (for example https://your-server.example.com/v1), the model name and your key. The choice of provider is yours, along with its terms and its charges, which it bills to you directly.

Export to Notion

  1. Create an internal integration at notion.so/my-integrations and copy its token.
  2. Share the Notion page you want meetings saved under with that integration.
  3. In KeepMinute open Settings, then Notion, paste the token and choose the page.
  4. Click Export to Notion on any meeting.
